My family waited a while for this apartment. It is wonderful. We had some wonderful people help us get in here. I would like to thank Heller Bates, Sarah, and everyone else who made sure my family had a place to live. I love the closet space and the wood floors are beautiful.

This is my second apartment with Local by Laramar and I could not be happier with my experience so far! Heller, the ULTIMATE leasing specialist, is unbelievably kind, patient and considerate. Additionally, she is an incredibly effective communicator. Recently, my husband and I needed to quickly find a new apartment (COVID-19, y’all get it) and Heller made certain that our move-in date was just before the 1st of the month so we wouldn’t have to make two rent payments.
